It was my privilege to share some days with Pascal on La Gomera, Canary Islands in October 2015, in a setting I call Deep Dive. This was a very deep and intense transformation experience, enabling real change in a few days only.
“To me, it brought exactly what I expected: an irreversible breakthrough.”
The journey was packaged in sessions before and after the Deep Dive. Here are a few impressions and statements of Pascal’s Deep Dive on La Gomera:
We were surrounded by thick fog on the sacred mountain La Fortaleza when we traveled back in the Wheel of Time and met our ancestors from some 50’000 years ago…
The path seems to lead to nowhere.
“This is a place to be. Although foggy, you can see the sea.”
Dragons supporting our way.
Waiting for the night to fall for another day.
Seeing and understanding trauma, boundaries, layers from a new perspective.
“While I was wondering why on earth I was riding the sea for whalewatching when my life felt like sinking, my nervous system was riding my feelings at the same time and noticed the relativity of the social cage I was clinging to – a couple of hours later, the cage was almost gone!”
All elements converge to support your transformation.
Discovered on our way from the waterfall: Whirligig beetles teaching us phase transitions from coherence to chaos and back to order again.
Embracing the depth and the richness of life.
And here is some of what Pascal reported after the Deep Dive experience.
4 days later:
“I am still very tired and having a hard time working effectively, with cyclic and sweaty sleep along with a jumpy digestive tract. So, everything goes as expected: strained by the integration of the Deep Dive, but in good shape. All fine. As to the Deep Dive format, I would like to state the following, in case I was not clear enough this far: To me, it brought exactly what I expected: an irreversible breakthrough on day 2, a feat which periodic sessions only cannot achieve.”
“To me, it brought exactly what I expected: an irreversible breakthrough.”
“This is no minor feat, what I call the social jail is just about the hardest nut to crack I could imagine. As far as I am concerned, the Deep Dive format and price tag makes perfect sense as long as the client is ready and prepared for it.”
“The Deep Dive format and price tag makes perfect sense.”
“The boost earned from La Gomera gave way to a scary perspective back onto my life that emphasized its vacuum and nonsense. The waves keep settling and the tides have brought me to a place of more clarity. I subscribed to the Polarity Therapy and SE introductions.”

“I realized that my core addiction is not to work, but to acidifying diet habits (wine, meat, salt, milk, whatever makes one’s body too acidic). And I realized that this is yet another violence to myself: strained autonomous nervous system, physical pain from workaholism, chronic fatigue, poor sleep, evading concentration, etc.”
“I realized that my core addiction is to acidifying diet.”
“Deep Dive casts massive waves in the system, like a public session as a clinical case for instance, but it converges faster to better stability, order and strength (weeks vs. months). I believe this results from the deeper multisensorial and behavioral immersion of the therapeutic event and because the therapist is captured in the event as a whole person, with his Persona and Ego at stake. Which in turn is why Deep Dive has a higher value per therapeutic time – I suspected it before, I have experienced it now. So my turn: let your Art of Transformation shine on!”
